I previously worked at the Biophotonics and Bioengineering Laboratory (BBL) at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, completing research projects involving GPU-accelerated medical image processing, realtime Doppler optical coherence tomography (OCT) processing and display, and computational anatomy segmentation. After that I developed full-stack software solutions for surgical navigation at 7D Surgical (Orthofix/SeaSpine) for a number of years.
I completed a Masters degree in Applied Mathematics with a focus on epidemic forecasting at McMaster University. You can read about it here, or check out the code here.
I wrote MARS as part of my undergraduate (BSc Mathematics / Computer Science) thesis, which is MATLAB software for modelling the evolution of systems of chemical reactions.
